Reference: Mark dates this to 1949. Our thanks to Roberto Brunialti for sorting out the dates of the Boucher serial numbers, and generously sharing the information. Roberto Brunialti also communicates that an article in Womens Wear Daily, 1949, mentions these pieces as part of a scatter pins collection, naming them 'Minstrels'. We have seen a sax player and a drummer in the series
