Composite Short-Interval Water Flow for High Fountain for 1-day Period

This graph shows temperatures (degree F) at the water spigot of the "main" (high) water fountain during a composite 1-day period. The three separate HOBO data spans that comprise this picture are as noted on the graph. A composite view of a typical day's temperatures was necessitated by the choice of a very short measurement interval, and thus a short measurement set duration. Note the gap in afternoon measurements. The base temperature measurement is of ambient air temperature at the water discharge spigot; when the fountain is used, however, the temperature of the sensor is affected by the colder water contacting the sensor. Dips in the graph below ambient temperature (which itself varies) indicate water flow (usage) events. It is believed that this short interval captured all water flow events.
